Mat Works combines yoga and Pilates to help you build a strong core. Power Pump uses dumbbells and barbells to tone and strengthen all of your muscle groups.
Chair Fitness
Chair Strength provides the support of a chair while strengthening your muscles using dumbbells. Chair yoga lets you stretch and flow without stressing your joints.
Fitness Boxing
A one-two punch of body weight exercises and boxing combinations to improve your cardiovascular fitness, strength, energy and quickness
