You set the resistance, your instructor sets the pace. Tap into the motivation of the group or just sit back and pedal at your own pace.

Plank Position

Mat Works combines yoga and Pilates to help you build a strong core. Power Pump uses dumbbells and barbells to tone and strengthen all of your muscle groups.

Chair Fitness

Chair Strength provides the support of a chair while strengthening your muscles using dumbbells. Chair yoga lets you stretch and flow without stressing your joints.
