Mondays 6-7 pm: Yoga Qi Flow
A fusion of Hatha Yoga and Qigong, developed over years of teaching both disciplines. More strenuous than Gentle Yoga/Qigong, this fusion class teaches the student to identify and utilize the inherent coils, spirals and loops in the body while developing greater strength, grace and balance, increasing circulation and lymph flow and calming the mind to create a greater overall flow of vital energy or Qi.
Tuesdays 9:30-10:30 am: Gentle Yoga/Qigong
A gentle class incorporateing Hatha Yoga,QiGong routines and imagery, restorative yoga, self-massage and meditation to open, strengthen and revitalize the whole being.
Jan seeks to help others optimize their health and well-being by helping them discover the resources within their bodies, hearts and minds to live healthy and fulfilling lives. In 1996, after several years of demanding much from her own body as an athlete and group exercise instructor, she turned to yoga in search of healing and balance.
Wednesdays 11:30 am - 1 pm: Yoga with Ropes
After warming up with a Vinyasa flow, this class utilizes wall ropes for greater flexibility and mobility, helping the student release tension and stiffness in the spine, hips and shoulders.
