Kylle Clemons

Originally from Arizona, I started teaching aqua-aerobics while in high school, adding other class formats in college. Fitness Philosophy:  Movement can be medicine, helping people overcome physical and mental hurdles, improving their quality of life. What a privilege it is to witness someone taking charge of their life and going from: “I can’t imagine ever doing ______” into “I’m so proud of myself because now I can_______!”

Fitness Philosophy: I love legs! I have played basketball all my life and one key point that coaches over the years would always come back to is “once your legs go your mind goes.” In my classes I like to focus on the legs because they are the biggest muscle group on our bodies and if we work to maintain them then we will never lose our mental focus capabilities.
