Unlimited classes included with Silver or Gold level membership. Bronze members pay $5 per class. Non-members pay $10 per class.

Class Descriptions:
  • Biker Barre': Start with 25 minutes of cycling to warm up and get your heart pumping followed by blend of Pilates and barre' exercises.
  • Chair Yoga:  Chair yoga adapts yoga poses through creative  use of a chair. Poses are done seated on the chair or the chair is used for                        support during standing and balance poses.
  • Core and More: Build core stability as you strengthen and tone your abs, back and lower body, as well as improving overall posture. This class          will include some Pilates as well as strengthening exercises for the upper body.
  • Cycling: Start with a 5 minute warm-up of easy pedaling and focus on proper technique. Then ride your way through a course that may include          rolling hills, steep climbs,  sprints, and more.
  • Forever Fit: A total body workout using light dumbbells and tubing to improve strength, balance, and stamina. Work will be adjusted and                 appropriate for the level of each participant.
  • Mat Works: A fusion of Yoga and Pilates designed to strengthen your core, relieve stress and improve your range of motion.
  • Power Pump: Challenge all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls.
  • Stability Ball:   Fun combination of strength and flexibility exercises for upper body, core, and lower body using resistance and variety of                   ball combinations.  Some exercise will be on the ball, other exercises will use the ball as a prop incorporating strength and agility.
  • Step Aerobics:  This class is built around  creative and challenging step choreography mixed with circuit training and resistance work. 
  • Total Body Conditioning (TBC): Kick off your week with a one-two punch of strength training and cardio intervals. Dumbbells, Steps and more           will  improve your cardiovascular fitness, strength, energy and quickness.
  • Yoga Flow A vinyasa style connecting postures with breath in a continuous, challenging and creative flow combining strength and flexibility.
  • Yoga Fusion: Light hand weights are added to Yoga poses and Pilates movements to lengthen muscles and improve core strength and over all             muscular balance
  • Zumba: Zumba is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party that’s moving  millions of people         toward joy and health.
